Refund and Returns Policy

My refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, I can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

If your order is damaged in any way once you receive it, please contact me immediately.

DO NOT attempt to fit it. I am unable to replace damaged goods if you have tried to fit them.

I will replace the damaged goods if on receipt of their return it appears that the goods are defective.

I will promptly arrange to deliver replacement goods free of charge or, if you request, a full refund of the price of the defective goods.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will email you to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

I am unable to refund or replace goods if the item is not returned to me.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs will be refunded if your refund request is successful.
